Therapist and Founder
Jazmyn Hobdy

I have made the conscious and purposeful decision to take this journey called life into the mental health and counseling field as a professional, advocate, supporter, and life-long learner.
I am empathetic, knowledgable, and willing to partner with clients as we move towards their desired state of mental being. I am willing to challenge you at times, validate your emotions, experiences, and goals, and simply sit with you in other moments. I work with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, burnout, body image, identity, relationships, substance abuse and addiction, and more. I provide a safe, open, nonjudgemental, and honest space.
I utilize an integrative approach, incorporating different interventions that work with each individual person. I apply CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Person-centered Therapy, and Mindfulness.
